Job Description

Producer Location: Based in Halesworth Salary: £16,068 per annum (£26,780 FTE) Hours: 22.5 hours per week (3 days) Contract: Permanent Working closely with Senior Producers, artists and community partners, you will coordinate projects, communicate with participants and artists, support creative sessions and help ensure activities run smoothly and inclusively. You will be a welcoming first point of contact for participants and partners, while also providing the practical and administrative support that enables our programmes to have a positive impact. This is a varied, people-focused role for someone who is organised, proactive and passionate about the role creativity can play in improving people’s lives and strengthening communities. It would suit someone looking to develop their career in participatory arts, creative health or community work, including those at an early stage of their career who are keen to build their experience and skills.
