We’re looking for a creative, ambitious and experienced arts marketing professional to lead the marketing and audience development team, increase income and raise the profile of two thriving arts venues. Working across marketing, partnerships, sponsorship and fundraising, you’ll play a key role in helping more people discover and engage with arts and culture.

This is a fantastic opportunity to make a visible impact across two successful arts centres while helping deliver ambitious plans for culture across the district.

Key responsibilities for the role:

– Develop and deliver impactful marketing campaigns – Grow audiences and increase ticket sales and income – Lead digital communications and social media activity – Build relationships with media, partners and funders – Support cultural development across South Oxfordshire and the Vale – Manage and support a small team of marketing and box office staff

Please note this role requires weekly attendance at both our venues: Cornerstone Arts Centre, Didcot and The Beacon, Wantage.
