BLINK Dance Theatre are seeking a highly organised and proactive Company Administrator to support the smooth day-to-day running of BLINK.Job Description
The Company Administrator will work across our operations, programmes and access work, helping to coordinate activity, maintain organisational systems, and ensure our artists, freelancers and staff have the administrative support they need to thrive.
This role brings together company administration, programme coordination and access administration into one central position, providing essential support across the organisation and helping ensure our work is delivered to the highest possible standard.
If you’re excited by what we do, have experience in administration, coordination or office support, and want to support our mission centring Learning Disabled and neurodivergent voices in the arts, you could be a great fit! We are looking for:
– Experience working in an administrative, coordination or office support role
– Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
– Strong written and verbal communication skills
– Comfortable working collaboratively within a small team
– Understanding of, or willingness to learn, how to work inclusively within a Learning Disabled and neurodivergent-led organisation

Job Requirements
Essential requirements of this role include: Experience working in an administrative, coordination or office support role Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities Strong written and verbal communication skills Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records and documentation Confident using Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive, Calendar) Experience coordinating meetings, schedules or projects Comfortable working collaboratively within a small team Ability to work independently, use initiative and manage competing priorities Friendly and professional approach when communicating with artists, freelancers, partners and visitors Passion for BLINK’s mission and values Understanding of, or willingness to learn, how to work inclusively within a Learning Disabled and neurodivergent-led organisation.

Job Responsibilities
This role will work across the following areas: Studio Operations, Programme Coordination, Access Support, and General Administration. Key responsibilities include supporting the delivery of all departments through the provision of administrative support, creating resources and documents, and maintaining records, information and systems.
