You will need experience of leading or coordinating other creative practitioners and be comfortable working collaboratively across film, dance, sound and digital media. You should be a generous collaborator, able to provide strong creative leadership while creating space for emerging artists to experiment, explore and contribute meaningfully through the Lab process.

You must be available for at least two days of our development Lab in Dumfries between 7-10 September 2026 and for agreed development, technical and production commitments through to the end of January 202
