Karis Worship is commissioning original artwork to inspire worshipers in their Lenten journeys and serve as a centerpiece for our Lenten worship resource guide. This art piece complements our thematic focus for the season of Lent: God’s presence. The primary textual companion for this season is Psalm 51, with its profound themes of renewal, restoration, and the abiding presence of God even in our brokenness. While the artwork should appeal intergenerationally, special consideration should be given to engaging children ages 5-12, whether that be through imagery, characters, color, or form.
