Art moves through people

Behind every artist is a journey shaped not only by talent, but also by the people who notice their work, believe in its potential and help it reach the right place.

Arrival Gallery is inviting thoughtful individuals to apply for its Certified Online Agent Programme, a professional opportunity for people who understand artists, value creative communities and want to help meaningful work travel further.

Selected applicants complete the free Arrival Gallery Academy and learn how to introduce practising artists to suitable international exhibitions and opportunities with care, honesty and professional judgement.

This programme is not about impersonal promotion or pressuring artists. It is about recognising potential, sharing opportunities responsibly and helping artists feel informed, respected and supported when taking their next step.

Who can apply?

The programme may suit:

  • Artists who are closely connected to other practising artists
  • Curators, educators and cultural professionals
  • Creative project coordinators
  • Artist-community organisers
  • People involved in studios, galleries and independent art networks
  • Individuals who have built genuine relationships within creative communities

Formal titles are not essential. What matters most is your ability to communicate with care, exercise good judgement and understand the hopes and challenges artists may face.

What selected applicants will do

Certified Online Agents help suitable artists discover approved Arrival Gallery opportunities.

Their role includes:

  • Identifying artists whose work may be suited to specific opportunities
  • Making thoughtful and personalised introductions
  • Sharing clear and accurate information
  • Guiding artists towards official application and booking pages
  • Respecting privacy, consent and communication preferences
  • Following Arrival Gallery’s ethical outreach and brand guidelines

Agents do not guarantee acceptance, participation, artwork sales or financial outcomes. They do not collect payments from artists and do not present themselves as Arrival Gallery employees or curators.

Training and certification

Selected applicants complete the Arrival Gallery Academy before becoming active agents.

The academy provides guidance on:

  • Understanding Arrival Gallery and its opportunities
  • Recognising suitable artists
  • Communicating professionally and personally
  • Navigating artist forms and submissions
  • Tracking eligible introductions
  • Ethical outreach and responsible practice

Applicants must complete the academy, pass the assessment, accept the programme terms and complete verification before activation.

Commission

Certified agents receive 15% commission on eligible completed bookings attributed to their approved agent links.

There is:

  • No joining fee
  • No minimum sales target
  • No commission for recruiting other agents
  • No guaranteed income

This is an independent, commission-based opportunity rather than salaried employment. Full attribution and payment conditions are explained in the programme terms.

Application process

Applications are reviewed individually.

The application asks about your experience, your connection to artists, your communication style and how you would respond in real professional situations.

Submitting an application does not guarantee access to the academy or certification.
