Thriller producer Quincy Jones has helped create a music education application called Playground Sessions, which was recently launched online. The purpose of the app is to teach its users how to play the piano by offering video tutorials of popular songs and real-time feedback for users.
‘Music is the world’s common denominator, and there is nothing I am more passionate about than getting music and music instruction into the hands of children and adults who can benefit from its intangible magic,’ Jones said in a press release. ‘Playground Sessions is the ultimate technology to bring music to people of all ages who have the passion to learn it.’
