A dispute between the private company responsible for the Bradford Festival and the City Council was resolved last week when the Bradford International Festival Company’s contract for 2004 was confirmed.
According to festival’s Artistic Director, Neil Butler, the Council had failed to confirm the third year of the company’s three-year contract by the deadline of September 14.
