The ailing Belfast Festival has been rescued by Ulster Bank’s promise to provide £1.3million funding over the next 3 years.

Director Graeme Farrow stated that the announcement represents a ‘new dawn’ for the festival which was left in crisis after a dramatic cut in government funding.
