Sitting at home with the flu on Saturday night rugged up under a doona and surrounded by a snowfield of used tissues, I tuned in to watch some TV. It has been the longest time since I did some quality couch potato viewing and there was a time when I had my favourite shows and would tune in religiously.

I have to admit that a night at home with dinner followed by some hard yards on the couch was quite the norm. Now, however, it seems that each night I am out and about going to some event, some show, some bar or I am at home working away on the laptop, tap-tap-tapping away. Suddenly I realised that I just don’t watch the box anymore.
