With the launch of debut author Robert Sherman’s Black Crown project, Random House UK has made the move into interactive gaming narratives.

In a first for the publishing company, readers become more akin to users, interacting with a digital platform that is supplemented with e-books that add to the storyline. Combining interactive fiction with a self-modifying quest, it’s a bit like choose your own adventure for the digital age.
