Australia loses counterculture legend Martin Sharp

After a long battle with illness, founder of OZ magazine and the Yellow House, artist Martin Sharp dies at 71 in his Sydney home.

Known as the man who reshaped the face of Luna Park and flirted with the obscene through his illustrations in the magazine Oz, Martin Sharp died over the weekend in his rambling Sydney residence.
