Bolshoi acid attack drama still unresolved

The Bolshoi ballet drama continues as hundreds of Bolshoi employees turn to Russian President Vladimir Putin to defend key suspect Pavel Dmitrichenko.

Over 300 members of the Bolshoi Ballet have come to the defence of dancer Pavel Dmitrichenko, who is among three men charged for the acid attack against the company’s artistic director Sergei Filin.

Dancers, singers, orchestra members and theatre crew have all signed a letter to Russian President Vladimir Putin, proclaiming Dmitrichenko’s innocence and calling for an independent commission to oversee the investigation.
