Jeanette Winterson, award-winning author of Oranges Are Not the Only Fruit, has called for the hundreds of millions of pounds which Amazon, Starbucks and Google have been accused of not paying in UK tax to be used to save Britain's beleaguered public libraries, according to The Guardian.
