Universal and Samsung team up to launch pan-African music streaming service

Universal Music has joined forces with Samsung to create a pan-African mobile music streaming service.

As ArtsHub recently reported, music streaming is all the rage right now. It should come as no surprise, then, that Africa also wants access to its very own music streaming service, a gift which Universal and Samsung are all too happy to deliver.

The service, named ‘The Kleek’, will be free initially and is hoped to provide Africans with greater access to music, particularly music by African artists.
