Sharjah Biennial kicks off

Over 100 participants from 41 different countries are taking part in the Sharjah Biennial, which recently kicked off in the heritage area of Sharjah.

This year’s theme ‘Re-emerge – Towards a New Cultural Cartography’ considers the relationship between the Arab world, Asia, the Far East, North Africa and Latin America and is curated by Yuko Hasewaga.
