If you have front-of-house staff tearing tickets, you might be missing the biggest opportunity to get audiences for your next show.

‘Why in the small to medium sector do we have ushers tearing a ticket?’ asks Auspicious Arts Incubator John Paul Fischbach, clearly frustrated. ‘If someone wants to forge their way into my show, bless them. I want ushers on the way out handing you a postcard.’
