Richmond Arts Service
Programmer (Arts Development)
The Programmer (Arts Development) is responsible for parts of the public and strategic programmes delivered by Richmond Arts Service. This includes the management of a series of programmes that develop the arts sector and support artists at a range of levels within the borough.
A key focus of the role will be the development of a new festival. The multi-partner borough-wide festival will reflect the diversity of arts, encouraging and celebrating interdisciplinary approaches and different media. It will be engaging and fun and reach the widest possible audience, offering new ways of looking at issues of importance to the Borough’s communities through the arts.
The post requires an experienced cultural programmer with experience of developing and managing public programmes, and the partnerships, people and resources required to deliver them.
