How do I change my email address?
If you wish to change your email address please email the Subscriptions Team and include your name,
the email address currently linked to your subscription and your new email address.
You will be sent your new log in details as confirmation this has been updated.
I am unable to log in?
Please check that you are entering the correct email address and password for your current ArtsHub subscription. Your password is case-sensitive. If you have forgotten your password, you can reset it via the Forgotten Password
ArtsHub maintains three global sites - ArtsHub Australia (www.artshub.com.au), ScreenHub Australia (www.screenhub.com.au) and ArtsHub UK (www.artshub.co.uk). Your login details will ONLY work for the site(s) you are subscribed to, so check that you are visiting the correct website for your subscription.
If your updated password is not working, then you may need to clear the cookies and /or saved password from your internet browser. You can find instructions on how to do this within the Help section of your browser

My email address is already in use?
Currently, we only allow one account per email address, so if you get this error message when trying to sign up, it’s likely you already have an account.
If you wish to access the existing account, enter the email address in our forgotten password form. You'll then receive an email with instructions on how to reset the password.
Previous and expired members who wish to join our Student membership offering are welcome to use emails already connected to an existing account. Please contact our support team if you are having issues.
