The Eye Am Elevation Summit is an opportunity for individuals to connect and realign with self, to let your inner child PLAY, and is a powerful & immersive journey into the healing world of drumming and sound.
Combining different types of sound to support with elevating the mind, body and soul, this workshop infuses the powerful frequencies of the Drum with the healing vibrations of the Gongs & Tibetan Sound Bowls.
What To Expect:
– Immersive drumming workshop
– Learn about the healing power of the drum and practice in real time
– Gong & Tibetan Sound Bowl Meditation to promote immense calm in the body, mind & soul
This workshop is open to all levels, beginner to advanced.
Drums will be provided on the day but you are welcome to bring your own with you too!
Please bring a yoga mat, something comfortable to rest your head on and a blanket for during the meditation.
