If you have been wondering how your ability to perceive the world in pictures can get you a job, it's time to discover the world of graphic recording.
Graphic recording is also known as graphic facilitation or scribing and lots of us call ourselves other things like "live illustrator" or "visual practitioner". They all mean drawing big pictures on the wall while people talk. But I think the variety of names reflects the diversity of what people who work in this field do and how they feel about their work.
My work setting changes every day. I could be in a strategy meeting with 5 or 50 people in a corporate or not for profit setting. I might be at a conference capturing the ideas of a keynote speaker or I could be outside at a community event with teenagers rapping in a tent and a dog show going on behind me.
