MEDIA RELEASE COURTESY OF: FOREST FEST 2010
Looking for opportunities to promote your arts or cultural business?
Following the hugely successful 2009 launch of Forest Fest, Forest Hill School(FHS) are pleased to announce the return of its flagship community arts festival Forest Fest 2010.
The festival, which will be held on Saturday 17th July 2010 (12pm-7pm), will combine live music, dance and drama performances, art workshops, an arts market, plus many of the traditions you would expect of a summer fete. Suited to all ages, the 2010 programme will have a multicultural focus, showcasing arts and culture from around the world.
The event will be marketed widely through a mix of leaflet and poster distribution, banner advertising, listings and editorial in local and regional newsletters, newspapers and publications as well as online. In excess of 2000 people attended the 2009 event, and we anticipate even more visitors to the festival in 2010.
Forest Fest 2010 presents the ideal opportunity for arts, cultural and catering organisations and businesses to trade and promote their services to a wide and diverse community audience. Promotional options include stall (7 x 3ft table with 7 x 7ft canopy) or pitch only hire (13 x 13ft) for food traders only, at the following rates:
Voluntary Organisations: (not-for-profit) £40
Arts Businesses/Traders: £55
Food Traders: £100
