Sikh fighter pilots at QUAD

There will be a special film screening about Sikh pilots at QUAD in April. Flying Sikhs: A History of Sikh Fighter Pilots (PG) a portrait of Sikh pilots who contributed to British success in both World Wars; and whose bravery was especially recognised during the Blitz.
The film includes rare archive material including previously unseen footage of the first Sikh fighter pilot, Hardit Singh Malik and a contribution from last remaining WW2 Sikh pilot, Mohinder Singh Puji. Flying Sikhs: A History of Sikh Fighter Pilots will be introduced by the film’s Director, Navdeep Kandola, and will screen at QUAD on Sunday 11th April at 4:00pm. All tickets are £2.00, with the proceeds going to H4H Trust Fund.
