Tracey Emin threatens to quit Britain
And this is sad news? What exactly does she think the government has to do with the Arts? There was a time when Artists were practising their Art because they simply loved what they did it has nothing to do with commitees, government funding etc. Perhaps all the other talentless creatures would like to follow her to France and give some real talent a chance to shine!
